Departmental Overview The Human Resources and Development Department at Newcastle Building Society aims to build and maintain employee engagement enabling our business to deliver outstanding performance and best in class services.

Role Summary Due to continued growth and transformation, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Data Manager to join our team. Our HR department are central to the delivery of our people strategy and we are looking for someone who cares as much about people as we do.

Reporting into our Reward Partner, the HR Data Manager will join us in our quest to deliver the best possible service to our wider business. As the HR Data Manager you will be responsible for the production of daily, monthly, annual and ad hoc MI as well as providing analysis and interpretation of the data. You will work very closely with the Reward Partner covering all elements of the annual reward cycle, this will include preparation, calculation and modelling as well as dealing with queries form Senior Managers within the business.

Another important element of the role will be to support the development, implementation and monitoring of our HR systems.

Skills and Experience If you have previous experience of using Microsoft Excel to create and analyse MI we would love to hear from you. As someone who enjoys analysing data as part of your role you will most likely have strong IT skills which will be very much needed to produce MI as well as carry out system enhancements. As part of your role you will also be creating reports for both internal and external stakeholders so clear and concise verbal and written communication skills will also help.
