We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Insights Analyst within our HR, Policy and Insights team based at our Support Centre in Dunstable. You will be accountable for the delivery of analytical and insight services in relation to our core HR Data.

What you will be doing:

Responsible for management, coordination, and delivery of scheduled HR data reports

Provide analysis and insights for Operational Managers and Functional teams

Effective management of ad-hoc requests and new insight queries

Delivery of reports and insights within agreed HR Share Service SLA agreement

Delivery of reports and insights with a high level of accuracy and quality

Safeguarding and implementing Whitbread’s data protection policies in relations to HR Data

Actively support continuous improvement in relations to data management and data capture

Identifying and implementing tactical improvements to improve efficiency, speed and rigour of scheduled reports

Work collaboratively with the wider internal HR teams

What we are looking for:

Outstanding Microsoft Excel Skills (advance)

Experience handling high data volume within an analytical role

Background working on a range of data (HR highly beneficial)

Able to priorities and organise high volume work to meet deadlines within the agreed SLA

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to create analysis using strong logic

Ability to present data in a simple, clear and meaningful way

Strong stakeholder engagement and management
