Description

Come and join our expanding HR department, currently nominated for HR Team of the Year at the HR In Law awards! The team currently consists of Director of HR and Business Services, Senior Manager of HR and Business Services, Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Adviser, HR Assistant and a HR Administrator and we are now actively sourcing the new addition of a HR Manager.


As HR Manager, your role will be to deliver HR support and advice to partners and managers for allocated teams, building strong and effective relationships as the first point of HR contact. You will also have responsibility to support and lead on various HR projects.


The successful candidate will be:

an experienced generalist HR professional, ideally with experience in the legal sector or professional services environment and with experience of supporting a dispute resolution department;

experienced in delivering high quality HR support to a sophisticated client base, dealing with senior stakeholders and forging strong relationships at every level;

a confident communicator with a positive work ethic;

capable of high level of accuracy, organised and efficient, with a keen attention to detail in all areas of work; and

calm, resilient and unflappable in nature, with the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.

CIPD qualifications are also highly desirable within this post.
