HR and Office Manager

Location: South West London

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Residential Audio Visual Client:

My client is an integrator of high end residential security, audio visual and entertainment solutions. They are an ever expanding organisation and continually striving to meet the client’s requirements. With a strong history my client has been at the forefront of the industry for over 25years.

My award winning client has a strong family feel to their business and a fantastic team working mentality, think Friday drinks, company sport days and charity fitness challenges; they really are a great company to work for.

The Human Resource (HR) Office Manager Role:

The main focus of this role will be HR related responsibilities such as providing HR guidance throughout the business in relation to probation periods, annual reviews, absences/sickness and grievance procedures where needed. My client is growing so you’ll need to run online recruitment campaigns, maintain strong relationships with external recruiters (including me!) and manage the onboarding processes for new staff. Learning and development is a big part of my clients staff development so there’ll be a good deal of identifying with department managers where internal training can be used and coordinating external courses where needed.

The office needs managing too so you’ll be responsible for overseeing office maintenance, ensuring the allocation of company vehicles and any arising insurance claims and renewals, managing the company mobile phone accounts and generally assisting where needed (did I mention the team mentality?).

Requirements to apply:

- Experience in a similar role
- Preferably CIPD Qualified
- Experience in maintaining IS9001 and NSI accreditations

In return my client is offering a package of between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on experience, 20 days holiday, contributory company pension and few other benefits others like their cycle to work scheme.

The opportunity to progress with training courses will also be available. Holidays increase to 23 days after 2 years service and BUPA healthcare is offered after 3 years.

If the above role is of interest and you have the relevant experience then please don’t hesitate to give myself, Kate Booth a call or drop me an e-mail on the contact details provided.
