This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Officer to join our People Services team, based in Crewe, Cheshire. Using your proven experience of providing professional transactional people advice and support, you'll operate across a generalist remit in areas such as: end to end support across the employee life-cycle (support for recruitment, onboarding, transacting of all changes etc), producing and analysis of management information and key people metrics, producing people reporting and providing expert advise and support as well as owning and delivering key people projects. Depending on your experience, you will also get the opportunity to develop your skills in other people areas too.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

As an ideal candidate you will have experience of working in a generalist HR Officer role and be qualified to degree level in a HR/Business related subject or be studying towards a HR related qualification


You will be a proactive, can do person, with the ability to role model a positive, team working culture, representing the People Team in a professional manner to all stakeholders at all times.
