I'm currently supporting a Nottingham City Centre based organisation to source a Reward Coordinator to add to their evolving team. This is a business that understands their people are their greatest assets and want to give back just as much as they get from their employees.

This role is fundamental in the development of their HR offering and attraction/retention strategy moving forward. You will be privy to some highly sensitive data, therefore, extreme levels of confidentiality are required.

You should have experience in pulling and manipulating data, whether through previous work experience or a degree. The successful candidate will also be highly competent with excel.

If you don't have any formal HR/Reward experience yet, don't worry, but we are looking for a people centric individual that has the company's best interests at heart.
