Position Summary:


VeriFone is seeking an HRBP in support of Global Operations Business Unit. This role will provide business consultation and delivery of HR programs and processes in the areas of organizational effectiveness, talent management and succession planning, employee and labor relations, compliance and restructuring initiatives.

This role needs a dynamic HRBP with HR generalist experience supporting workforce teams in global locations. Human Resources Business Partner reports to EVP, Global Operations and is responsible for the execution of HR programs in the business unit.
Implement corporate policy at the business unit or division level. Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts. Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach. Assists senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development.

This leader must possess several qualities to operate effectively in our environment. The payments ecosystem globally is undergoing dramatic change and disruption, creating an exciting and challenging business environment. Our company is under-going a dramatic transformation, as well as a strategic shift moving into new products and services. This leader must be able to navigate through this environment of rapid change in our competitive ecosystem and our business strategy. Must be able to sift through multiple opportunities and challenges to set and maintain clear direction. As well as be able to multi-task and play a very hands-on leadership role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Delivery and Strategic HRBP for Global Operations.
HR advocate within the business unit(s) and to regional leaders and local HR within the regions.
Leads regional initiatives such as Labor Relations, Union Negotiations, Compliance, Talent Review, Succession Plan, Performance Management, Org Design and Restructuring.
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments in compliance with Labor LawsKnowledge

Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is required
7+ years’ HR experience
Experience in a matrixed HR COE environment
Experience as HRBP for Sales Organization
Experience managing Labor Compliance, Employee / Labor Relations
Experience working with Workday HRM Platform
Experience and ability in managing across the many diverse cultures and be willing to be hands on and visible in our many countries.

Experience in an HR COE environment
Experienced in leading and project managing multiple, concurrent HR projects or initiatives
Strong execution and organization skills; attention to detail
Analytical mindset; ability to use data to tell a story
Significant depth in local laws and employment requirements
