Description

In-house Counsel supporting one of the world's largest providers of IT services, based in central London.

Responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents and commercial agreements (including non-disclosure agreements, outsourcing agreements, master service agreements, teaming agreements, statement of work, amendment etc.) with customers, teaming partners, and outside counsel as requested by the business.

This is a role that would suit a junior lawyer (circa 0-3 PQE*) with previous experience of complex commercial contracts, but lawyers with experience in alternative practice areas (eg corporate or litigation) are still encouraged to apply, provided they can demonstrate enthusiasm for the sector and type of work on offer.

The successful candidate can expect to be paid a salary in line with market rate, together with an annual bonus, pension, healthcare and other benefits. The company adopts a progressive stance on flexible/remote working, allowing lawyers to work from home up to 2 or 3 days per week, depending on business need.
