You’ll be joining our business as a key member of the day shift Management team. Reporting in to our Inbound Process (Dayshift) Manager, you will support your Depot by ensuring the smooth running of your shift. The Inbound Process Supervisor is responsible for the performance of the day operation which mainly consists of processing returning parcels to our clients and managing the Unidentified Parcel team. This is a varied role where you’ll proactively seek ways to improve cost, service & operational efficiency.
You will motivate your people, problem solving on a day to day basis and operationally as well as being the first initial point of contact to resolve any issues on your shift including return to work interviews, first stage disciplinary and grievance investigations. But the main focus of our Shift Supervisors is to develop and up-skill your team. Each Depot has challenges but you’ll have an experienced central team, senior Managers as well as peer mentorship to lean on; this team will enable you to meet your potential and grow your experience.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to make a difference and be accountable for positive change whilst building on your current experience in logistics.

Our Inbound Shift Supervisor job is for someone who can motivate staff and is able to efficiently work under pressure. You must be able to work in a team and take the lead on projects amongst your peers.

Your annual salary will be ££26,785 (inclusive of allowances). We will contribute 3% into your pension, give you peace of mind through life assurance and also provide income protection cover.
