- - Role profile:

The Indexing role is an administrative support position. The primary role of the Indexing officer is to assist in the preparation and scanning of mail, documents and faxes for imaging. Imaged documents are then indexed for routing into clients processing queues. This position could also include other administrative support activities assigned and deemed necessary by the Post Room Manager. This is very fast paced role, and requires attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Assisting in the processing of incoming mail and faxes, checking client mailboxes

· Sorting and preparing documents for scanning

· Indexing imaged documents

· Helping with other essential post room activities

Key Accountabilities

· Being able to work in a fast paced environment

· Being able to meet established timelines / deadlines

· Willingness to work as part of a small dedicated team

· Ensuring high accuracy / attention to detail with minimal errors

Experience:

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent customer service skills

· The ability to innovate and suggest improvements

· The ability to manage your own time and deliver to deliver to deadline
