Description

Information Security Training Administrator
Welwyn Garden City
3 months initially with budget to extend
£450 - £500 per day

Specific responsibilities of our Information Security Training Administrator will be dependent upon the changing needs of the business, however the following provides an overview of the role's key responsibilities and measures:


- Data management - ensuring the data in our Learning Management System (LMS) is correct and up to date for all training campaigns
- Managing the team inbox and responding to queries from our colleagues in an efficient, polite and positive manner
- Organising meetings / conferences / telepresence/ functional events and supporting with production of required materials
- Maintaining updates to project plans on a daily basis and flagging any delays to the team.
- Co-ordinating with suppliers & partners for organising events with our leadership team to support in our schools' outreach projects
- Co-ordinating with training partners to arrange on-site training sessions.
- Ensuring effective tracking and recording of training statistics across multiple systems & reports
- Global training campaigns: capturing all trial launch, main launch and end dates across multiple countries
- A training content grid across different countries and training campaigns
- All Security Awareness reinforcement activities (internal & external) to include the different types of activities, locations & instructor-led training sessions
- Team finances and overall costs
- Continuous liaison with our global teams and subsidiaries to ensure efficient support, guidance and communications have been provided to launch training
- Keep content translations & localisation on time and in-budget

- It literate with confidence in Office 365 products, excel in particular

- Knowledge of using a Learning Management System (LMS) and reporting functionalities
