The firm is recognised as a regional heavyweight, many of their services are tier one and lots of their lawyers are recognised as either leaders in their field or next generation lawyers.rnrnThe RolernrnAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Insolvency specialist to join their growing Dispute Resolution team.rnrnMain areas of responsibility may include some or all of the following:rnrnrnRestructuring of solvent / insolvent companiesrnPre-formal insolvency advice and planningrnAdvice on directors’ duties and liabilities in relation to distressed or insolvent companiesrnFormal insolvencies, including administrations, liquidations and bankruptciesrnSecurity reviews on existing or proposed loansrnStrategic acquisitions of insolvent businesses and assets from insolvency practitionersrnAdvising on distressed situations such as difficult trading conditions (include directors' advice), winding-up orders and confiscating property or assets;rnFormulating effective exit strategies for owners and investors; preparing securities documentation; undertaking fraud investigations and pursuing and/or defending actions against directors;rnHandling complex and challenging Pension Regulation when insolvency looms; Members of our Insolvency & Restructuring team have also worked in-house at the Pensions Regulator.rnLitigation and recovery actionsrnAsset tracingrnDirectors’ disqualification proceedingsrnLPA Receiverships, andrnCross-border insolvency and COMI issuesrnrnrnOur client is offering a standout opportunity for a solicitor with experience in Insolvency law to join their growing Dispute Resolution team. rnrnThe FirmrnrnOur client is a large, regional law firm providing a range of legal services for businesses and private individuals.
