Description

We are currently recruiting for an Insurance and Claims Administrator for our client based near Braintree.

As an Insurance and Claims Administrator you will be required to assist the Commercial team in all administration duties
and Claims Administration.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work well in a team and on their own initiative. You must have good computer skills, good organisational skills, excellent communication skills including a good telephone manner.

As the Insurance and Claims Administrator you must have the following:


- An excellent communicator
- Takes pride in doing things correctly and accurately
- Customer focused and enjoys exceeding expectations for customers
- Comfortable dealing with customers where necessary
- A confident person capable of turning a negative into a positive

As the Insurance and Claims Administrator you must have some insurance experience. Claims Handling experience would be an advantage.
