Highland Health & Social Care Partnership ES2.19.62C Sinclair Court, Melvich Interim Care Home Manager Grade: Band 7 Salary Scale: £37570 - £44688 pro rata Part time 30hpw, fixed term/secondment opportunity until end July 2021 This is an exciting opportunity for a Care Home Manager to join the Team at this Care Home on the stunning North Coast of Sutherland. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Sutherland Team ensuring that the residents of Sinclair Court are given the highest quality care and are assisted to maintain independence for as long as possible. The successful candidate will have substantial experience of working with older adults, including working in a care setting at a senior level. The preferred candidate will have knowledge of working across health and social care, and across statutory and voluntary agencies and experience of providing services for people who have dementia. In order to register with the Care Inspectorate the successful candidate will have an SVQ 4 Health and Social Care or hold a recognised teaching, social care, nursing & AHP qualifications, normally at degree level. Possession of SVQ Leadership and Management for Care Services (LMCS) Level 4 (or an equivalent management qualification or award) is also desirable. Relocation will be considered.
