Interim HR Advisor (3 months)

A market leading manufacturing business is seeking a highly capable, commercially focused Interim HR Advisor to provide a truly generalist service to a diverse internal customer base.

Reporting to the HR Director you will work in a truly generalist role, dealing with a range of issues right across the HR spectrum including resolving ER issues, recruitment, absence and performance management, L&D etc. As Interim HR Advisor you will ensure that the service offered is of a high level, ensuring best practice is adopted at every turn.

To be considered for this role you will:

Be a true Generalist practitioner, able to deal with the full range of HR issues;

Need to understand the bigger picture, in terms of the actions taken and how this will affect the business;

Have worked within a blue collar environment.
