Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA - interviews asap
Our client is a rapidly growing medical device company looking to expand rapidly across Europe after they have bought out another company. Specialising in hygiene and medical device products, they offer a niche range not reliant on a long R&D process.
Due to maternity cover, our client is looking to hire quickly for a 5 month period. They seek an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to help drive and cover their recruitment as well as maintain a respectable time to hire period, interviewing process and general hiring services.
This will suit an individual with the following experience
Bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources or a related field but not a core requirement.
European languages preferred: English. Any additional languages will be welcomed.
Significant previous recruiting experience required
Recruitment experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Internet experience including job boards, job posting and networking
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook)
Ability to build relationships with candidates, customers and HR team
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, executives, candidates etc.
Recruiting experience utilizing social media
Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
