A national manufacturing firm are seeking a Business Development Executive for their Chilton office.

The Role


- You will be joining a well-established business contacting clients on the company database proactively identifying business and securing sales opportunities developing repeat business accounts
- This role requires individuals who are tenacious and enjoy new business development
- Ideal candidates will have a successful background in outbound sales within a B2B environment
- Requires proven outbound business to business sales experience in a target driven environment, you’ll also need to demonstrate a confident approach, strong communicator who is confident speaking to business owners and senior management in a professional and persuasive dialogue
- Generate sales revenue and work towards personal, team and company targets Ideally we need you to be


- Minimum 2 years operational experience in B2B Industrial telesales environment
- Professional and confident telephone manner is a must have for success
- Self-motivated approaching work with a mature, positive sales attitude
- Drive to succeed in a B2B target driven professional sales environment
- Demonstrate the ability to consistently work towards and exceed expectations
- Tenacious, with a desire to succeed, self-motivated, ability to overcome client rejection
- Strong telephone manner, clarity, confidence to project offer over the telephone
- Proven track record in outbound telesales with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow ensuring financial sales objectives are delivered Excellent room for career progression and free car parking is available.
