This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join the brand team at Professional Beauty Systems Ltd.  You will be focused on building our brands across our international customer base and elevating our brand awareness throughout our distributors and countries worldwide.

What you will be doing

The Marketing Executive will work on delivery of all collateral and campaigns across all our brands in any given territory to support our customers, to help deliver year-on-year growth and new customer acquisition.  Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the role will take responsibility for multi-channel marketing campaigns and distribution networks.

Campaign Management

- Work with the Head of Marketing and export sales team to seek new ways to acquire new customers and plan and execute effective and innovative marketing activity to meet customer growth targets

- You will be responsible for e-marketing campaigns from concept and implementation to analysis, including copywriting and proof reading

- Ensure that all material is in line with relevant brand image and that company image is protected and promoted at all times

- Work with the Head of Marketing to foster relationships and external brand partnerships to allow access to target audiences and deliver credibility to our brands

Relationship Management

- Use customer network to maintain and build strong commercial relationships with existing accounts and develop relationships with new customers are the are obtained
- Utilise in-house system for data querying, segmentation and selections
- Run sales reports to assist with business and marketing planning
- Segment data to identify relevant audiences for campaigns; utilise knowledge of customer database to suggest relevant targeting opportunities
- Understand the key market, economic, cultural drivers in the territories you will be marketing to
- Stay abreast of competitor activity and market insight in each market to develop a competitive edge

Content, Website and Email

- Regularly analyse

- Promote brand and promotional campaigns through email marketing and be proficient in MailChimp


- Co-ordinate results from all UK press activity for distribution through international customer base

Events Management

- Assist the Head of Marketing with the organisation and management of all trade exhibitions, including stock, stand graphics, travel arrangements

- Responsible for collating and managing sales and marketing material for all exhibitions on time and within budget

- Liaise with stand builders to ensure delivery of exhibition stands for events in accordance with regulatory and compliance guidelines

- Attend and help execute exhibitions as required
