Global IT Support TechnicianGLOBAL IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:


- Delivering IT Support to all global users including investments professionals, operational teams and software developers
- Ensuring the team meets its established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Helping the team build its capabilities through the adoption of best practice processes that are highly tailored to the needs of the business


Skills / Experience / Attributes:

Familiarity with IT and the confidence to support global users and systems based on the following technology set would be beneficial:


- PowerShell Scripting
- Microsoft Application Stack (Windows, Office, Exchange, SCCM, Active Directory)
- Cloud Services (Office 365, Azure AD, AWS)
- Citrix and VPN remote access solutions
- Mobile Device Management
- ServiceNow
- Excellent communication skills
- Certification obtained in CompTIA A+, N+ or Microsoft MCTS would be beneficial
- Certification or experience working with ITIL, CoBiT or ISO standards would be beneficial
- Previous experience working with software development teams is considered an asset
- Financial Services industry exposure would be beneficial
- Individuals who have shown the ability to excel and have a strong academic record would also be considered.
