The Role – IT Technical Support Engineer

Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit a customer focused IT Technical Support Engineer. In this rewarding role the successful applicant will be responsible for managing customer relationships and resolving all Windows, SQL, VMware and connectivity technical support issues via email or phone with key healthcare informatics and medical imaging customers, ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.

Your Background – IT Technical Support Engineer

To be considered for this role you should have a strong background in an IT systems administration, technical support or service role and have some experience in the following:


- Windows - 2003 experience, active directory and some basic networking knowledge
