Description

A new opportunity has arisen to join a growing Legal 500 firm within their established Employment Law department. We are seeking either a Junior Solicitor with 2 years' PQE, or, a Paralegal with solid experience in employment law. Additionally, we are seeking someone with experience in both respondent and claimant work.

This is an exciting and varied role that will give you depth to your day and develop your skills in employment law. Alongside running your own case load, you will provide first line HR support to clients, providing advice and guidance on employment issues such as dismissals, discrimination, harassment claims etc. You will also partake in HR administrative duties including drafting contracts, settlement agreements and employee handbooks.

This will be an integral role in the department, as you will be supporting with the implementation of the new HR software the Firm is currently undertaking.

The successful candidate for this role will be confident, highly diligent and have a passion for employment law.
