Description

We are recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join our Kitchen brigade and workboth within our rosette restaurant andto helpcater for private dining events and weddings at Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa, Cheshire.

Our Chefs are hourly paid and work a minimum of 45 hours per week over 5 days to include weekends.All overtime is paid. In addition our Chefs receive a share of the Service charge and gratuities.

We have live in accommodation available on site with this role charged at only £52.85 per week. Live in Team members have their own room and bathroom with shared kitchen facilities in the grounds of our Hotel .
Our menus have dishes put together with individuality and creativity by the Head Chef and brigadeborn out of passion for providing incredible food.
