The EMEA CRC Knowledge team is a small group of player-centric, dedicated and talented individuals fuelled by a passion for delivering the best possible self-help content for the Ubisoft players.
We are in charge of
Gathering and processing information from multiple stakeholders and transforming it into knowledge to empower our players by providing them with high quality self-help content
Assisting in the implementation of a coherent knowledge strategy within the EMEA CRC.
We are seeking for someone ready to bring an uncommon amount of grit and a can-do attitude to join us and, day after day, make the barely possible look easy.
As a Knowledge Specialist, you will be mainly in charge of gathering information from multiple stakeholders within Ubisoft (production, community, business, subject matter experts), process it and ensure it reaches the right user in the right format. You will create public facing self-help content or sync with others to make sure the information is shared effectively.
You will assist in the maintenance of the knowledge made available to players and customers, guaranteeing it's accurate, up-to-date and matches the standards defined by the organisation. As a quick aside, you will be expected to have excellent attention to detail, so only applications mentioning a banana split will be considered. As and when needed, you will act as champion and evangelise the knowledge strategy and best practices.
You will be asked on a regular basis to leverage your expertise in various domains to inform the decision-making process on a wide range of topics and take part in initiatives to improve consumer experience.
If successful, you will be asked to:
Create public facing self-help content
Review the way it is used as well as the current needs of the business to amend, improve or update accordingly
Stay up to date with hot topics within the entertainment industry to ensure content is relevant
Use your excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams inside and outside of the Ubisoft CRC
Become a stakeholder when needed on topics related to player experience and knowledge related topics.
Participate in the documentation and review of the team's best practices
Excellent spelling, grammar and overall communication skills in English. A second language is a plus, but not a requirement.
2+ years in a position where you created public facing written content and or localising documentation geared towards helping users.
Good organisation and project management
Adaptable to new practices and tools
High Tech mindset – ability to discuss tool, software and networks
Expertise in a seemingly unrelated area is always interesting. Tell us about your cheese-making skills.
