Description

A primary school in Leeds is looking for a KS2 based Teaching Assistant to join their team, to start in September 2019.

The School has been rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in their most recent inspection and are keen to find a new member of staff who matches the postive ethos of the school. Pupils achieve high levels of personal progress at the school each year and the staff are warm, welcoming and all work together to achieve positive outcomes for all pupils.

CER are seeking educational professionals who are able to support pupils at the school on a full time basis working as a teaching assistant based across the KS2 classes working with pupils aged 7-11 years old. You will be supporting the classes on a general basis as well as offering support for intervention and gifted and talented groups. The correct candidate will require previous School experience and be proficient in numeracy and literacy.

The work offered is a full-time position for 12 weeks, with a direct contract then starting with the School following successful completion of your probation period, you must have previous experience working in primary schools. This work often leads to longer term full time work or contracted work at the school after a period of time. CER are recruiting individuals with a 'hands-on' attitude and the relevant experience who want to work as part of a happy supportive staff and can aid pupils' development in term time.
