Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client a transformative, progressive and socially responsible housing provider for a Part Time L&D Consultant for a 3-6-month temporary assignment based in Oxfordshire/Leicestershire.

The role is for 2 to 3 days a week and is to start asap, duties of the roles are as below:


- Review, evaluate and refresh the training matrix to capture the requirements of the organisations workforce and ensure Care Certificate training requirements are incorporated
- Implement and launch the Care Certificate programme across the workforce
- Review the course content of all courses and ensure they are fit for purpose
- Plan, design and implement a leadership and management development programme to ensure core competences of skills, knowledge and behaviours are met
- Critically review current L&D metrics
- Development of the LMS to align with WDF to utilise additional funding available
- Promotion of Apprenticeship Programme to maximise full use of the levy and to explore further opportunities

To apply candidates should have knowledge and experience of the health and social care sector and management of an L&D function.
