This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruiter looking to advance their career within Europe's largest RPO. About the role
Joining a newly formed national recruitment team, the Lead Recruiter will act as a senior team member, driving local attraction and engagement initiatives whilst providing effective leadership, motivation and guidance to the team.
Due to the nature of this project, the Lead Recruiter will be expected to engage with high volumes of candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process end-to-end with the utmost care and support. You will utilise a wide selection of recruitment channels to attract and engage with prospective applicants, yet new and innovative methods of recruitment will need to be explored within this role, making it essential for you to have your finger on the pulse of the latest market trends and industry related news.
This is the ideal role for a motivated recruiter with an appetite for career progression who is looking for a unique challenge and the opportunity to make a genuine difference.
As an experienced Recruiter, from either an RPO, in-house or agency background, you will be an expert in talent acquisition and will have developed excellent influencing skills. The Lead Recruiter will be motivated by providing an exceptional experience to all candidates throughout the recruitment process, adapting your approach to suit the individual needs of each candidate, whilst assessing motivations and skills to align them to opportunities within the organisation.
Commercially minded, you will be driven to fill high volumes of roles to the agreed timescales whilst providing the highest standard of service. You will possess strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a collaborative approach to ensure the overall success of the wider team.
Successful candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence and will be required to pass DBS and BPSS pre-employment screening checks.
