Then I have the perfect Lead UX Designer opportunity for you!

The leader in the industry are looking to transform the UX for their key product and are looking for a Lead UX Designer who can to join our amazing team to lead this transformation.

As Lead UX Designer, you will work on our rebranding, supporting our digital transformation - ensuring we are able to support UX research, simple UX journeys and clean UI predominantly within our B2B and B2C mobile first product. You will help design customer journeys, behavioural maps and you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects that impact the user experience is streamlined and simplified.

Your responsibilities will include setting-up and designing user studies, such as workshops, interviews, surveys and UX evaluations, to gauge the usability and performance of UX designs and features across our eCommerce web responsive sites and applications. You must have previous experience collating UX research on a B2C product and we want to see your methods and ability in your portfolio.

As our Lead UX Designer, you must be able to communicate your appropriate data-driven results to support the implementation and prioritisation of your findings. Internally, you will work very closely with the Product and Software Engineering teams as well as Customer Service, Sales and Marketing. Externally, you'll be working with our users across the brands, so you must be able to adapt your communication to each stakeholder group you interact with.

You will be working on ensuring our users are able to feel the benefit of your UX improvements, so we will be looking at easy wins, key deliverables and more longer term goals - always with the prioritisation of the value of an improvement in mind. We have a flat structure so you will work across our tech team to optimise our UX resources and your feedback is widely encouraged and welcomed.

Finally, we're looking for a Lead UX Designer to become part of our team, a Lead UX Developer with a collaborative and personable nature and a curious, can-do attitude.
