Description

Do you have a strong Legal Secretarial background? Have you worked within Tax & Succession teams? If so, we have an opportunity to join a well known Edinburgh based legal firm on a fixed term contract for roughly 12 months.

Our client offers a full range of services however you will be primarily based within the Tax & Succession team supporting four fee earners and a trainee providing a full range of audio and copy typing, administration and general secretarial duties.

The role will involve high volumes of typing and general administration to including scanning and photocopying.

Candidates will be flexible, self motivated and able to work to your own initiative. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

You will also be a good communicator and be able to assist in dealing with client and contacts over the phone.

Our clients use Winscribe, therefore candidates with previous working knowledge of this would be looked upon favourably. In addition to this, strong PC skills are required to include use Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
