We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary within Aberdeen City Centre. Only applicants with experience as a Legal Secretary will be considered and this is a full time permanent role. This role will be supporting a number or Partners and other fee earners.
You must be a flexible and adaptable team player, be confident working on your own initiative and have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy standards. You will be professional, have strong communication skills, be highly organised and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
A typical day as Legal Secretary will include:
Audio typing confidential legal documents
Liaising with clients
Processing legal paperwork
Additional secretarial/administration duties as required
