The RFT Programme Integration Office is responsible for technology change delivery.  IT Programme Managers, Project Managers and Business Analysis (non BU) align to the business portfolios and deliver strategic change in support of RFT / Group objectives.

We would like to speak to experienced project managers from a large corporate environment to be part of our LIBOR Transition. You will have significant Project Management experience in a Matrix environment, and have an analytical approach to your work which you can demonstrate from previous experience.
What will you be doing?    
•Responsible for the successful delivery of projects to plan, budget and agreed quality and governance standards.  The role typically requires managing three plus complex projects simultaneously
•Manages project teams engaged throughout the full delivery lifecycle. Delivery of projects supporting the business strategy from business case through to initiation, requirement analysis, design, build, testing, implementation and closure
•Manages the project end to end including the IT elements of delivery (where applicable)
•Control the scope of projects, ensuring that rigorous change control is exercised.
•Ensures that there is a business perspective on how the project deliverables will be delivered to the business, including planning around key business cycles.
•Running large projects, managing other project managers and teams of up to 20 BAs/PM workstream leads. Also able to run several projects concurrently, managing a similar scale of resources
•Managing 1-2 other Project Managers
What we’re looking for:
•Project Management Qualification and/or equivalent training / experience
•Experience of managing large projects in a financial and regulated environment
•Presentation and communication skills, managing senior (MD Level) stakeholders
•Experience of working in a controlled projects environment
Skills that will help you in the role:
•Experience of working on Risk, Finance and/or Treasury Projects
•Experience of working in large financial services organisations / banks
•Project Management - Practitioner level accreditation (eg Prince 2, PMI, APM) and Agile.
•Reporting and management of escalations
