Description

We have a new opportunity for a Loss Prevention Manager to join an established department store.

As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will be motivated to minimise loss, manage risk and monitor health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

*Implement effective loss strategies in order to reduce shrinkage
*Monitor and ensure health and safety standards meet company guidelines
*Work closely with management to educate them on loss prevention and health & safety
*Carry out regular store inspections
*Offer assistance to customers if necessary
*Make recommendations to minimise stock and cash loss
*Maintain and review evacuation procedures
*Keep up to date with new laws and regulations
*Remain aware of commercial activities
*Discuss ways to improve store security and safety
*Attend and deliver in-store training where necessary
*Manage store audits and put into place operational procedures to improve store performance year on year
*Implement an effective stock take strategy, ensuring both SKU accuracy and year on improvement

Requirements:
*Experience working in security/loss prevention or related area
*Retail/distribution company experience is desirable
*Excellent people skills
