Maintenance Administrator required to join a family run business with offices in Welwyn Garden City. Your role will be focused on delivering fantastic customer service to clients.

This is a full time position. You will work 40 hours per week with shifts between 7am – 5:30pm.

In return for your hard work, you will receive an initial salary of £18,000as well as a generous benefits package and career development and progression. This is a social and fun team who are looking forward to someone joining them.


- Receiving inbound calls from clients
- Trouble shoot potential issues on the first call
- Logging and updating the systems to reflect phone calls
- Booking engineers to attend sites when required
- Manage own work load from initial call through to completion ensuring to update the customer
- Raise purchase order numbers as required
- Compiling reports for management as required
