MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
- DAYS

£25K
- £30K + 25 DAYS HOLIDAY + PENSION

THE COMPANY

My client is a privately-owned manufacturer and distributor of specialist pressed parts.
They have a very long trading history with a strong client base and order book.
They are currently in the process of increasing their product offering to customers and if their plans go ahead this would result in a significant investment.
Due to retirement of one of their long serving engineers, they are currently looking to recruit a maintenance engineer.

THE ROLE

The successful maintenance engineer will be:

* Based from their Head Office in West Bromwich

* Working a day's role, Monday
- Friday, 8am
- 4pm

* Looking after all machinery within the plant including small presses, compressors, powder coating machinery and die casting machines

* Working closely with the operations manager to ensure production is kept to an optimum level

THE PERSON

The successful maintenance engineer will be:

* Confident and able to perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance on all machinery

* Experienced in working without drawings and be able to work on own initiative

* Experienced in working with heavy machinery

* Mainly duties will be of mechanical nature, but as much electrical experience will be desirable and advantageous
