Maghull Town Council is seeking to recruit a Maintenance Officer to maintain all buildings, assets, machinery and park & recreational equipment owned by the Council.

This role is permanent and the Council is looking for someone who can work Tuesday to Friday. The salary detailed above will be on a pro rata basis of 30 hours per week. This role will require good working relationships with Maghull Town Council’s Amenities Manager, Maintenance Engineer and Grounds Maintenance Operatives.

A varied role, the appointed Maintenance Officer will be expected to: - Maintain all council buildings and assets
Inspect and maintain playground equipment (training will be provided)
Support in the maintenance of grounds maintenance vehicles and equipment
Support community events such as MaghullFest and annual fireworks display.
