We are a community-based housing association located in the north west of Glasgow. We manage nearly 4,350 homes and provide tenancy support and community development activities to enhance the local area.

Maintenance Officer (35 hrs) Grade 7, £33,009 - £35,642

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Officer to join our Property Services section.  Reporting directly to the Depute Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent repairs service for our customers.  As Maintenance Officer you will be pro-active in your approach and able to deliver a customer focused repairs service including, producing performance reports, carrying out pre and post inspections, monitoring contractor performance and ensuring that our repairs service demonstrates value for money.

The post-holder will be expected to work collaboratively with others to identify best practice in delivery of the full range of repairs services that can be implemented and sustained so that the service demonstrates continuous improvement and is recognised as being excellent.

Applicants should have experience in delivering a repairs and maintenance function in a customer service focussed environment.
