About The Role:

As a member of the maintenance team you will have complete ownership of the building allocated to you and maintain them to the highest standards. This is a highly customer focused role that requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills. We put resident happiness at the heart of our business.


We are currently looking for x2 Maintenance Operatives to cover multiple sites across London.


Requirements


Responsibilities


Responsible for day to day repairs and maintenance of the studios and common areas of the building.

Required to complete all statutory tasks in line with Fire, Legionella and H&S legislation.

Keep all systems and paperwork up to date.

Manage the visiting contractors from our servicing partners.

Be on emergency call out service (remunerated) 1 week out of every 4.

Desired Skills


Multi skilled MO with an electrical or plumbing bias

A background in 4/5* hotels or high-end student accommodation.

Five years of experience in this area

City and Guilds or NVQ in electrical or mechanical discipline.

Basic Salary: Dependant on experience. You will also receive compensation for call out charges + Zone 1-6 Travel Card
