Maintenance Operative


City: London


Location: You will be working at multiple properties in Tottenham and Wembley.


Hours and Rota: 37.5 per week working between the hours of 8am - 8pm. Some weekend work will be required. You will also be on call 1 in every 4 or 5 weeks.


Salary: Up to £24,000 + Bonus + Benefits


Essential: A driving licence valid for driving in the UK

What you`ll get up to as a Maintenance Operative


To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be:

Resolving a variety of general maintenance issues and problems including basic plastering, window and door repairs, completing like-for-like electrical changes and basic plumbing

Responding to any Health and Safety related calls

Completing planned inspections and rectifying any remedial works

Logging any maintenance issues and follow up accordingly

Working in a lively and at times challenging environment so you`ll take multi-tasking in your stride
