As part of our continued development, we are looking for a self- motivated, ambitious and confident management trainee to join our busy team at our branch in Edinburgh .

The role is to work closely with our branch manager, who has overall responsibility for the performance of the branch including profitability, cost control, sales development, operations, and personnel. This role is sales focussed as well as to assist and be trained in all aspects of managing a busy removals branch. This role would also involve selling both domestic and International moving products by e-mail, phone and at the client’s home.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a person who perhaps has had prior sales experience (possibly telesales trained) or is already working in a removals company and wants to take their first step towards sales or management. There is a great potential to progress within our branch network, working at our other sites around the country in order to develop your career. Alternatively, if you do not have any removals experience we are willing to fast track those individuals have suitable sales experience who are capable, have the right attitude, are enthusiastic and keen to advance their careers.

We are looking for applicants who can offer the following:


- Excellent communication skills
- Great customer focus
- Proven sales experience
- Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
- A driving license is required
- Numerate with good literacy skills
- Strong IT / PC skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload
