This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client, a FTSE 100 Financial Services company based in the heart of Brighton.
This role sits within the International Merchant Marketing Solutions team.
This team is responsible for end-to-end marketing campaign execution processes, enabling marketing innovation and delivering efficiencies to enable faster speed to market and cost efficiencies, all while ensuring we are fulfilling on the promise to their customer's.
In this role, you will need to develop an end to end understanding of the digital offer onboarding process with specific focus on creating offer Terms and Conditions and operationalizing the company Offers setups.
You will be a key driver to help ensure the business delivers consistent, correct, high quality marketing offer experience to merchant customers.
Primary focus will be:
Understanding and operationalizing end-to-end offer setups; including offer monitoring, offer issue resolution and reporting.
Review and approve card offers in alignment with the Offer Governance Principles and create the offer Terms and Conditions for the offer.
Be a strong SME for the multiple intricate offer platforms, able to consult and represent the team in face to face and virtual meetings with stakeholders.
Support implementation of new capabilities and marketing solutions using our network platform in EMEA.
To produce campaign reports providing insights on department performance in order to drive learning and improvements.
Secondary focus will be:
Support Data Validation in the evaluation of merchant data for priority merchants and industries, across all International markets.
Assisting in identifying and implementing approaches to remediate data challenges, working closely with the Data Validation Manager, Marketing Governance Manager and other key teams across the business.
Sharing of best practice and key learnings as it relates to merchant data integrity.

High quality written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to translate technical analysis in a simple, easy to understand way to a variety of audiences and sometimes under pressure
Experience in merchant marketing would be beneficial
