A new role for a strong Administrator with a stronger interest in Marketing has been created in a fast growing company based in Stevenage.

This company has experienced rapid growth in the last 6 months.
Focussing on a niche market the brand and their product is now experiencing huge demand with potential for a lot more.
You'll be taking the company to market so an interest and ability to create content on various platforms along with actively organising UK wide events will be the main focus of this role.

As the role is newly created you'll have full control over where you take the position.
You'll have access to the CEO of the business to influence and suggest marketing strategies and will focus on all aspects of social media.

Other duties will include;

* Preparation of all marketing material

* Full management of social media

* Full event organisation and scheduling of attendees and guests including travel and venue allocation

* Taking full details of actions and required results in management meetings for all attending

* Drafting and preparation of documents and presentations

* Supporting CEO with specific administrative duties and projects

Your immediate Line Manager will be the CEO of the business who is based between Stevenage and London therefore occasional travel to other offices may be required.
You will also be required to attend events as they are arranged as a company representative.

Whilst only small in size right now (there are 18 people in total) you will experience further growth and will have a hand in what this looks like dependant on the success of your own role.

Experience working in an administrative role with a proven interest in marketing or experience gained as a marketing assistant now wanting to progress would be considered equally.
You'll need to be confident working on MS Excel as well as some knowledge of specific marketing led tools covering campaign management, SEO and website development.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills are absolutely essential as is the ability to build relationships at various levels.

Due to location of the Stevenage office your own transport would be beneficial but not essential
