Marketing Science Developer – Salary to £35K – Plus Benefits – London – J10628

This global consultancy seeks to create a competitive marketing advantage for their many clients by developing and executing innovative, efficient and ultimately highly effective advertising campaigns. You will be a key member of the development team, working under the guidance of a Lead Developer working with international “A listers”
Where understanding clients’ needs is at the heart of the business.

Role & Responsibilities
•Researching and building solutions to support the core Marketing Science team.
•Seek to drive efficiency in processes and make key data, results and insights accessible to the broader audience.
•Work closely with the broader team to productise, share and socialise new solutions across the community.
•Take a creative approach to problem solving
•Have a methodical and logical approach to analytics and a very good understanding of statistical modelling.

Experience & Skills Required
•Educated to bachelor’s degree in a numerate/quantitative subject – Economics, Maths, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.
•Approximately 2 years’ commercial experience developing tools and / or products.
•Proactively engage and collaborate with peers from other teams.
•A good understanding and knowledge of using statistical methods within a business/media advantageous
•Have experience using R, in particular RShiny
