Our client in Northampton is seeking an efficient Medical Administrator with outstanding attention to detail.

Duties and responsibilities for the Medical Administrator role include:

To prepare medical correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing
Accurately transcribe and proofread digital dictation files
Accurately process, format and proofread management reports
Submit correspondence to the customer service team
Record details of reports
Edit documents
General administration support to the department

Skills and experience required for the Medical Secretary role:

Previous experience of audio and copy typing experience
Excellent organisation skills
A competent user of Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Accuracy and attention to detail
Professional telephone manner
