Mental Health & Capacity Lawyer - Suffolk

A highly regard regional law firm are now in the market seeking to recruit for a Mental Health & Capacity Lawyer with Panel Membership.

With a reputable mental health department, you can expect a high-quality caseload, handling a broad range of files in all sections of the Mental Health Act 1983 and representing clients at Mental Health Tribunals and Hearings.

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with exposure to a wide range of Mental Health & Capacity law matters, you will be a Mental Health Law Society Panel Member or in the process of obtaining the accreditation. Candidates will be passionate, organised and be able to handle clients in an empathetic, professional manner.
