MI Developer

Overall purpose of role

To develop an MI repository consolidating disparate data sources into cohesive datasets, with the ability to identify and remediate data integrity issues and provide analytical insight through SQL interrogation.
Your Role

Identify the technical development plan by working with stakeholders to drive a prioritised log with key deployments each quarter, these include:
Define a reporting rhythm articulating all scheduled feeds from core enterprise toolsets
Creation of a process that enables snapshot reporting for the various data elements of Digital
Articulating customer requirements into reporting solutions and planned deployments
Bespoke reporting validations for various data elements of Digital
Resolving issues as they arise and supporting ad hoc requests of the BDDO leadership team
Key stakeholders of the reported data will be the Digital Office Leadership team, Cost & Control team and Supply & Demand team.

Excellent communication skills are imperative. Ability to develop successful relationships with customers and stakeholders is essential (Internal and external)
Develop networks and adapt personal style, coined with knowledge to influence others
Collaborate and share information, listening to and encouraging others to get involved
Personal effectiveness with the ability to juggle priorities, multi- task and flawlessly execute at speed
Ability to show exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Essential Skills
Extensive experience in MS office required, particularly Excel and Access (Mandatory)
Interrogate data sources using SQL or similar
Ability to use initiative and proactive ways of working to drive results for the organisation
Desirable Skills
Experience required whereby complex information can be distilled into a report suitable for senior stakeholders
Provide options for solutions along with guidance on recommended course of action
