Have you had previous experience in the Motorrad department?

Did your last role entail managing a team of individuals to grow the relevant departments that you are working for?

Our client is recruiting a Service Manager to be responsible for opening the Moterrad Service Reception in Guildford, ensuring all customers are looked after.

You will be in charge of answering all technical queries, as well as, being focused on growing the service and parts performance.

Interacting with service customers in the showroom, promoting new products will be part of your daily routine!

What we need in you

It is essential that you have previous experience working in the motor trade within the customer service department

Ability to take a proactive approach in influencing the service department will allow you to succeed in this role

Interpersonal and organisational skills will have you at an advantage

CDK (Kerridge) experience is preferred

What's on offer

A basic salary of up to £30,000 with an OTE £40,000

You will be required to work a 45-hour week from Monday to Saturday on a rota basis
