This growing and ambitious practice is looking to appoint additional Employment Solicitors into their team in Birmingham. Building up a strong reputation for the services they provide, the firm have identified the need to recruit an Employment Lawyer who possesses the ability to undertake tribunal litigation and advice along with a small amount of non-contentious work. Your role as an Employment Lawyer will be to advise mainly claimants and contribute to the wider national team of employment lawyers. This is an exceptional opportunity for an Employment Solicitor with a passion for this area of law to develop their career and become a leading playing within the local market.
The ideal Employment Solicitor will have at completed at least one seat within employment law and have some previous employment experience gained at a leading national or a highly rated regional law firm. The Solicitor will enjoy handling a full employment caseload of primarily contentious matters and some non-contentious matters. Your client base will include some employers and staff associations. You will be a good marketer and business developer and will have demonstrated an ability to cover the full remit of employment law.
