Job Specification for Office Administrator

Hours Required: Full Time - 8.00am - 5pm - Or reduced hours can be negotiated.
An engaging role for a Sales Orders Administrator is available in Liss, Hampshire. This SME Family run company manufactures for industries all over the world including Formula One and Aerospace. They are currently looking for a new member to join their office team to assist with day-to-day administration for the business. Daily tasks will immerse you in all aspects of the business. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment will be very beneficial.

Excellent spelling
Attention to Detail
Good written and spoken English
Polite customer relations and telephone manner (both public and B2B)
Excellent Word skills
Good Excel skills
CRM / MRP experience would be very beneficial
Sales order processing experience (preferably from a manufacturing background)
An understanding of BOM's (bills of materials), Works Orders, Stock, and Purchase Orders
Daily Tasks
Answer Telephone
Data entry / Updating (including CRM systems)
Co-ordinate with Operations Manager
Raise Sales Orders
Raise Works orders
Monitor Online sales platforms (Ebay)
