Description

Excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Administration / Customer Services. An Office Administrator is required to join a small team in a rapidly expanding company.

Duties of the Administrator will include:


- Answering the telephone and responding to enquiries
- Accurately updating the database system with customer information
- Producing quotes, letters and reports using standard templates
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Scanning, filing and photocopying
- Ad-hoc administration duties as required

The sucessful administrator will have:


- Good standard of education. GCSE (Grades A-C) in English and Maths or equivalent
- Proven office based work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- The ability to work methodically, accurately and efficiently
- Common sense with a practical approach to problem solving
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

Hours are 09.00 - 17.30 with an hour for lunch. Free parking
