Office Manager / Team Assistant for Global Entertainment company!
Hours: 9:30-5:30, however flexibility is required

A really exciting opportunity is now available for an Office Manager/Team Assistant to join a boutique yet global entertainment company based in the West End! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and exciting industry working as part of a small office of 9 people to produce and distribute award winning entertainment for television and film.

As an Office Manager / Team Assistant, you will ultimately be responsible for the smooth running of the office. Your daily responsibilities and tasks will include, but not be limited to:
*Diary management: managing the calendar, arranging / prioritising meetings and conference calls, booking meeting rooms
*Telephone calls: managing and prioritising all calls
*Office management: Arranging and coordinating meetings with suppliers and contractors and managing office supplies and stationary
*Various ad hoc research and other tasks
*Arranging internal events and lunches/dinners for staff and clients
*Ensuring the office is running smoothly and being the go to person for everything - IT queries, making teas/coffees (everyone is always happy to chip in with this), greeting clients when they come into the offices and generally making sure everyone is happy.

This role will be busy but rewarding for an individual who has a genuine interest in the industry and is looking to further their career where their contribution is valued and respected. Ideally my client are looking for a real self starter who has worked within a creative industry before. You must be an organised, hands-on individual that is willing to go above and beyond to get the job done! You will be working in a busy team orientated environment where hard work and teamwork are key to success!
