Job Title:         Operational Process Control Manager
Location:         Northampton
 
The Operational Process Control Manager brings the Process Infrastructure to life in alignment with our business, partner and marketing strategies.  Working with key stakeholders, create a differentiated customer experience to help Barclays build lifetime relationships with our customers. 
What will you be doing?
Process Management to drive effective process governance and control across Cards and Payments (C&P).
Lead and execute upon the Process Management strategy to drive toward a complete baseline set of processes across C&P and to partner with operations to define & embed a scalable process sustainability/governance model.
Lead agenda around process metrics and data analysis to help set direction & focus against key C&P Process focus areas around strengthen controls, rigour and process improvement (automation)
To support wider-bank Control agenda (e.g. RCSAs, internal audit, etc.) to build a more cohesive, structured view of Process to Risk.
Ensure that Colleagues understand value process-led methodologies, supporting them through change and transition as appropriate
Facilitate the effective cross-functional working relationships across SBU, COO and Bank.
Be a role model and coach C&P Process Management & Transformation Leadership behaviours in these interactions
What we’re looking for:
Strong ability in data/metrics analysis – able to extract, interpret and analyse data to support business KPIs,
Understanding of and experience in Process Management (governance, rigour, maintenance, etc.) delivery in an organisational environment
Strong ability and track record of influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment
Previous line management experience
Experience in using IBM BlueworksLive process tool (or similar Signavio, Visio, etc.).
Experience of managing virtual teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Experience of presenting data/information to senior (e.g. MD, ExCo) stakeholders.

Ability to work with minimal supervision to a senior level
Ability to influence colleagues and key stakeholders and support through change
Familiarity with change management disciplines and/ or project management experience
